Before and after bilateral mastopexy as part of a Mommy Makeover in a 35-year-old mother of three. She had lost her former breast fullness after breastfeeding her children, and wanted a natural look but the option to not wear a bra.
An “auto-augmentation” mastopexy reshaped her breasts and lifted them, but kept her the same size. Liposuction permanently removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Long-term follow up photos are shown 4 years after surgery, with mature scars and a stable lift of her breasts. Her breast shape has endured a couple of significant weight fluctuations. She loves that she has better cleavage and only wears a bra if she feels like it!
