Before and after bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty in a 54-year-old woman with mild upper eyelid hooding. She wanted a very natural looking result without a change in the shape of her eyes.
A skin-only “pinch blepharoplasty” did just that – removed the excess upper eyelid skin that created a heavy appearance to her eyes but maintained a normal and natural look so that her results were not obvious to others.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. The results are “subtle, but significant” – which is our goal for facial Plastic Surgery!
