Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 31-year-old woman. She wanted to be significantly smaller and to look somewhat androgenous with baggy clothes when she felt like it.
A breast reduction removed nearly a pound of breast tissue from each side, with slightly more tissue removed from her right larger side to create improved symmetry of her final breast volume. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. With more time, her scars will continue to fade, and her final results will become evident. The lift portion of her surgery will be permanent, however, despite future breastfeeding and weight fluctuations.
