Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 39-year-old woman. After breastfeeding her three children, her breasts lost their former perkiness and shape. She wanted to be a little smaller and a LOT lifted!
An auto-augmentation breast reduction and mastopexy removed some breast tissue and created a major reshaping of her remaining breast tissue. Liposuction removed unwanted fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She loves not needing to wear a bra, and that she feels like herself – just better!
