Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. She was self-conscious about her long labia minora, which protruded downward when she walked and prevented her from wearing yoga pants without a long shirt that covered her labia region.
A labiaplasty trimmed some of the more darkly pigmented labia minora during an outpatient office surgery. Follow up photos are shown 2 months after surgery.
