Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 22-year-old woman. She had lost some weight, which caused her already long and pendulous breasts to become more droopy and hanging.
A breast reduction removed excess fat, skin and breast tissue from her breasts and reshaped her remaining breast tissue into a more youthful and natural breast shape. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. She is still applying scar gel and actually enjoys fitness classes now that she can jump up and down without pain!
