Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction via breast augmentation in a 25-year-old woman. She had congenital breast asymmetry, with the right breast being a little droopier and more tubular in shape than the left. Both breast folds were high, and neither breast filled out the bottom of her bra. She wanted a rounder and more full, “womanly” look to her breasts.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Two different sized breast implants were placed in order to even out the breast volume. Her right breast fold was reinforced by suturing. We rarely need to put additional products such as mesh in the breast.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She has greatly improved symmetry and just the outcome she was looking for!
