Before and after bilateral breast revision in a 69-year-old woman. She had previously been treated for breast cancer with a breast reduction followed by left breast radiation, but she was left with large “dog ears” (also called “standing cone deformities”) on the sides of her breasts that made her self-conscious when wearing fitted tops.

In addition to re-lifting her breasts, her breast revision involved dog ear revisions (surgically removing the excess skin and fat) and liposuction of the axillary rolls – the bra roll region, upper back and armpits.

Long-term follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery.
