Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 21-year-old patient. She had heavy, pendulous breasts that caused strain and pain in her neck, upper back and shoulders and limited her from most physical activities.
A breast reduction removed over two pounds of breast tissue from each breast, reshaping her remaining breast tissue via the auto-augmentation lift technique. Liposuction removed a liter of fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow-up photos are shown 2 years after surgery, with near-complete scar maturation and a proportionate result for her body.
