Before and after bilateral breast lift and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 35-year-old woman. After having children and breastfeeding for years, her breasts had lost their former firmness, perkiness and round shape.
At the same time as a Mommy Makeover which included an abdominoplasty and liposuction as well, a mastopexy was planned to reshape her breasts but not make her any smaller, bigger or looking fake – just lifted and rounder.
The “auto-augmentation” technique of breast lift was performed to move her breast tissue up higher on her chest wall and reshape her breast tissue. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery. Her scars are nearly mature, and she loves her results – particularly the bonus of not needing to wear a bra!
