Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 35-year-old woman. At the same time as a breast procedure, she wanted to improve the contour of her upper arms. She was physically fit and had good muscle tone – it was just hidden beneath a layer of fat.
Liposuction permanently removed fat from her upper arms through several tiny incisions. 800 cc of fat (more than the volume of a bottle of wine!) was removed under general anesthesia.
After surgery she wore compression sleeves under her clothes for six weeks. Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery.
