Before and after bilateral tubular breast correction via mastopexy and breast augmentation in a 31-year-old woman who recently became engaged to be married. She had the typical features of a tubular breast – relatively small breasts with relative droop, enlarged areolas, a wide triangular space between them in the cleavage area, and a high breast fold. Her goal was to be fuller and rounder, with lifted nipples – an augmentation-mastopexy would achieve just this.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. An additional lollipop incision lifted her nipples, reduced the diameter of her areolas and redraped her breast skin around the round implants.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery. Her scars are fading, and her nipple sensation has nearly fully recovered. She is planning her wedding and is relieved to know that future breastfeeding is still possible after this procedure.
