Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 40-year-old woman. After having children, her breasts had grown in size, and she was looking for a change!
A breast reduction removed over a pound of heavy, dense breast tissue from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was lifted and reshaped, her areolas were made smaller, and her nipples were lifted. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 8 months after surgery.
