Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 50-year-old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover, she wanted her breasts to be smaller, lifted, rounder and more symmetric.
Over a half pound of breast tissue was removed from each breast. Her remaining breast tissue was rearranged using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
