Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 26-year-old woman. She had heavy, dense breasts and a full bra roll and armpit region with excess fat.
A breast reduction removed excess tissue from each breast and rearranged the rest of her breast to become shapelier. Liposuction debulked her axillary rolls, decreasing the width of her bra band.
Follow up photos are shown 10 months after surgery.
