Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 25-year-old woman. She also had congenital breast asymmetry and wanted an improved look overall and better size match of her breasts.
A breast reduction removed over a pound of breast tissue from each side. Her breasts were rearranged and lifted using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. Her scars are maturing nicely, and her sensation has returned fully.
