Before and after bilateral mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 33-year-old woman. She had lost weight, and her breasts suffered the consequences, becoming hanging and emptier than before. She actually liked her smaller volume but wanted a natural-looking lift.
An auto-augmentation mastopexy reshaped her breasts and moved her breast tissue up into a pocket above the breast fold, as shown in the last photo. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She has recently started scar therapy and her sensation is beginning to return.
