Before and after bilateral mastopexy and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 42-year-old woman. She had Grade III ptosis, where her nipples were the lowest part of her breast. She was adamant about not wanting implants. She was also self-conscious about the size of her nipples – she kept them covered with nipple shields, even in a bra.
A breast lift reshaped her breasts, maintaining a natural teardrop shape as per her request. Liposuction removed excess fat in her armpit region. A nipple reduction was performed at the same time.
Follow up photos are shown 1 year after surgery. She is comfortable without a bra and no longer feels the need to hide her nipples!
