Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 24-year-old woman. She found bra shopping impossible, exercise was painful, and she was sick of getting unwanted attention because of the size of her breasts.
A breast reduction removed some of her heavy breast tissue but left a normal amount of tissue behind. Her remaining breast tissue was reshaped and lifted using the auto-augmentation technique. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is relieved to know that breast feeding is still possible, and she looks forward to shopping for some cute new tops!
