Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 19-year-old woman. She had heavy, pendulous breasts that were creating strain on her neck, shoulders and back. She had developed rashes under her breasts due to sweating and moisture in this area.
A breast reduction removed over two and half pounds of heavy tissue from each breast, leaving a proportional amount of volume behind so that her breasts would still fit the rest of her body. Liposuction removed a liter of excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Early follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. The rash between and under her breasts resolved soon after surgery. Her tan lines reveal that she is already enjoying life in a tube-top bikini without heavy supportive straps!
