Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 20-year-old woman with hypomastia (small breasts), a mildly tubular breast shape and congenital breast asymmetry. She wanted to be significantly larger breasted with a rounder and fuller look.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. The implant created a rounder shape to the bottom of her breast that was constricted by its tubular breast footprint.
Follow up photos are shown 4 years after surgery. She has gained some weight, which has further increased the size of her breasts, but she loves that she looks natural rather than fake, and feels they are proportional to her newly found curves.
