Before and after ultrasound-assisted liposuction of the abdomen and circumferential flanks in a 57-year-old man. He also had an unrelated skin condition that caused patchy lighter areas of his skin (vitiligo).
In a three-hour outpatient surgery, over three liters of fat was removed under general anesthesia. After surgery, he wore a compression binder under his clothes for two months.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery.
