Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 30-year-old woman. Three quarters of a pound of tissue was removed from each breast. Half a liter of fat was removed from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She is applying scar gel and is back exercising without restrictions. Over the next year her scars will fade, and her residual swelling will reabsorb.
