Before and after liposuction of the arms in a 39-year-old woman. Together with a breast procedure and liposuction elsewhere on her body, she wanted to improve the contour of her upper arms.
Liposuction permanently removed excess fat through several 2–3-millimeter incisions hidden in skin creases. After surgery, she wore compression sleeves under her clothes for a full six weeks.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. Her arm contour has already improved, despite some normal postoperative swelling which will gradually resolve over the next half year.
