Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 37-year-old mother of four with breasts that became significantly empty and deflated after breastfeeding her children. Her youngest child was now two and she was ready for “a refresh”!
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. She avoided lifting her children for three weeks after surgery, getting extra help from family members and her nanny.
