Before and after post-weight loss mastopexy in a 39-year-old woman. After losing over eighty pounds, her breasts had lost all their volume and structure. She liked their smaller size but wanted them to be lifted, but still to look natural. She had considered an implant but did not want too much upper pole fullness.
A breast lift reshaped her breasts and maintained a teardrop shape to her breasts. Liposuction removed excess fat from her bra rolls and armpits. Follow-up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
