Before and after labiaplasty involving both the labia minora and labia majora in a 55-year-old woman. She felt like “there is too much stuff down there” and she felt self-conscious about her labia in her newly single relationship status.
A labiaplasty trimmed both excess labia minora and also took out a wedge of extra labia majora at the same procedure, all done under local anesthesia. Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery. She is extremely comfortable in her skin now and feels comfortable walking nude in her tennis club changeroom for the very first time!
