Before and after bilateral breast augmentation and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 35-year-old woman with congenital tubular breasts. She wanted to significantly increase her breast volume and have a rounder breast shape, similar to the look she was creating with her padded bras.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed excess fat in her armpit region. After surgery, she took three weeks off exercise and worked from home for a week.
Early follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She loves that she no longer needs to wear a padded bra – or even a bra at all! She still has minor swelling of her bra rolls from liposuction, which will continue to resolve over the next several months.
