Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift with liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 36-year-old woman. As part of her Mommy Makeover procedure, she wanted to have significantly smaller and lifted breasts that remained proportional to the rest of her body.
Over a kilogram and a half of excess breast tissue, skin and fat (over three pounds) was removed from each breast. The remainder of her breast tissue was reshaped to be rounder and higher up on her chest. The large, pigmented mole in her cleavage area was removed at the patient’s request as well. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls at the end of the procedure.
Long-term follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with nearly mature scars and her final results. After breast reductions and breast lifts, the breasts will maintain their lifted shape for years to come – since the internal architecture of the breast has been rearranged, they will never droop and sag the same way as before surgery again!
