A breast reduction and lift reduced the size of her breasts and achieved a major rearrangement, lifting them so that she no longer needed to wear a bra – unless she wanted to. Liposuction removed a liter and a half excess residual fat from her bra rolls and armpits.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with mature scars and her final results.
