Before and after Mommy Makeover consisting of a breast augmentation, abdominoplasty and liposuction in a 57-year-old mother. Her goal was to restore her prior breast fullness, flatten her tummy and remove excess unwanted fat.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. A tummy tuck removed her lower abdominal “apron”, repaired her muscles back to one another in the midline and smoothed out her abdominal skin.
Liposuction permanently removed unwanted, unwelcome stubborn fat from her upper and lower abdomen, axillary rolls, pubic region, flanks and upper inner thighs. Follow up photos are shown 2 years after surgery.
