Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 19-year-old woman with macromastia, breast ptosis (droop) and congenital breast asymmetry. She wanted her breasts to be smaller, more symmetric and lifted, so that she did not need to wear a bra – unless she really wanted to!
A small amount of breast tissue was removed from each breast to reduce her breast size – with more taken off the right larger side. A major rearrangement of her breast tissue using the auto-augmentation technique reshaped her breasts to be more round and perky. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra rolls (axillary rolls).
Follow up photos are shown over a year after surgery, with mature scars and her final results.
