Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman. The “trim technique” was used to trim excess labia minora tissue in a procedure performed under local anesthesia in the office.
Follow up photos are shown 3 months after surgery. She finds wearing yoga pants and doing Peloton rides much more comfortable now, and she no longer is shy in intimate settings because of protruding labia minora!
