Before and after labiaplasty in a 34-year-old woman with excess labia minora tissue. She found exercising and having sex uncomfortable, and felt ready to address this part of her body now that she was single and living alone.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora but left a normal amount of tissue behind. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery, with minimal swelling and immediate relief of her symptoms!
