Before and after labiaplasty in a 15-year-old young woman. She was a competitive athlete and experienced pain, tears and swelling after each competition. Her mother researched what options were available, and both our patient and her mother felt hope after learning about labiaplasty.
With full parental consent, surgery was planned to trim excess labia minora tissue but to leave a normal amount of labia behind. After surgery, she took a full three weeks off training and resumed her competitions at one month postoperatively.
Long-term follow up photos are shown three years after surgery.
