Before and after bilateral breast reduction and liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 17-year-old woman. She had pain and had to wear several sports bras even to go to school.
A breast reduction removed much of her excess breast tissue from the bottom and sides of her breasts. The remaining breast tissue was rearranged higher up on her chest and reshaped. Liposuction removed fat from her armpit regions and bra rolls.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery. She is actively doing scar therapy and already loves her new breasts!
