Before and after labiaplasty in a 31-year-old woman. She disliked the excess labia minora tissue she had to tuck into her swimsuit bottoms and hoped they wouldn’t poke out when she was walking on the beach. A labiaplasty removed excess labia minora tissue but left a normal amount of tissue behind. After surgery, she worked from home for a week and took three weeks off exercise. Follow up photos are shown 4 months after surgery.
