Before and after labiaplasty surgery that trimmed excess labia minora tissue and created a neater, tidier appearance to the external genitalia at 2 months postoperatively. A significant amount of redundant, hanging labia minora skin has been removed to alleviate physical discomfort and provide improved cosmesis. Trimming of excess skin over the clitoral region, known as "clitoral hood reduction", further contoured this region for the most aesthetic results of this labiaplasty.
