Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 55 year old woman with congenital breast asymmetry. She wanted to correct her asymmetry so that her bras stopped slipping to the left side, and to be a little smaller and lifted.
A breast reduction removed over a pound of tissue from the smaller breast, and nearly two pounds from the larger breast. Both breasts were lifted and reshaped so that they were perkier, with smaller areolas and a higher nipple position. Liposuction removed excess fat from her armpits and bra roll area.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. Her scars are on their way to maturity (about halfway there), and she no longer struggles with her bras.
