Before and after labiaplasty in a 31 year old woman. Her long labia became irritated when she rode her bike or went for long hikes.
A labiaplasty using the trim technique trimmed her excess labia minora but did not remove it all; the labia minora serves an anatomic function for normal lubrication and sensation.
Follow up photos are shown 6 months after surgery.
