Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 17 year old woman. She had achieved maturity and had received the blessing for surgery from her Pediatrician. Her breasts were heavy, dense and were starting to create chronic pain and strain in her neck, upper back and shoulders.
A breast reduction removed excess tissue from the base and sides of her breasts, reshaped and lifted her breasts, and kept a proportional amount of tissue left behind.
Follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. She is so happy to go off to college with breasts that are not hindering her any longer!
