Before and after bilateral augmentation in a 32 year old woman with tubular breasts. As part of her Mommy Makeover, she wanted fuller breasts like when she breastfed (but to still look very natural) and a flatter abdomen.
Smooth round silicone gel breast implants were placed on top of the muscle, in the subglandular position. Liposuction removed excess fat from her belly.
Follow up photos are shown a year after surgery. She got her wish!
