Before and after labiaplasty in a 46 year old woman. She had always been self-conscious about her hanging labia minora tissue. She was between relationships and felt like now was a good opportunity to finally address her vagina!
A labiaplasty trimmed excess labia minora. After surgery, she took a week off work and three weeks off exercise. Follow up photos are shown 6 weeks after surgery. She is starting to date and is excited about the prospect of being intimate and no longer thinking about her labia!
