Before and after labiaplasty in a 23 year old woman. Her excess labia minora flaps were cumbersome when she exercised, rode a bike and had sex.
A labiaplasty using the “trim technique” gently trimmed excess tissue but left a normal amount of labia behind. Long term follow up photos are shown one year after surgery. Also shown is the tissue removed during her labiaplasty surgery.
