Before and after bilateral breast augmentation in a 37 year old woman. She was happy with the shape of her breasts; however she was looking for increased fullness overall.
Her breast augmentation procedure placed smooth round silicone gel implants subglandularly, via an incision hidden in her breast fold, on top of the muscle. Postoperatively, she took a week off work and resumed exercise at three weeks.
Because we always use drains after placing a foreign body (implant) in the breast, her swelling was minimal and she looks this fantastic one month out! Follow up photos are shown 4 weeks after surgery. She is ready to start scar therapy and her heavy lifting in the gym again.
