Before and after abdominoplasty and circumferential liposuction (“lipo-360”) in a 35 year old Mom of two. After having children, she no longer recognized her belly!
An abdominoplasty removed excess skin and fat from her lower abdomen (weighing over 3 pounds), her abdominal muscles were repaired in the midline, her abdominal wall was pulled snugly downward, and her belly button was inset as a cute little “innie”. Liposuction removed over 4 liters of fat from her abdomen, flanks in the front and back, pubic region, upper inner thighs and bra roll.
She hired extra help with her children during her six-week recovery, and she started to work from home at one month. She wore compression under her clothes for three months. She was motived to stay fit after surgery and ended losing more weight (but gained muscle) after surgery.
Follow up photos are shown a year and a half after surgery with mature scars and a final result. She feels very comfortable wearing a bikini and is thrilled with her results, as are we!
