Before and after labiaplasty in a 32 year old woman. Her long labia were annoying to her and she always felt conscious of them, no matter what activity she was doing.
A labiaplasty trimmed excess tissue, as shown in the surgical markings. Postoperatively, she took a week off work and resumed her power walks at three weeks.
Follow up photos are shown two months after surgery.
