Before and after bilateral breast reduction and lift in a 22 year old woman. Her breasts were very challenging to manage in professional clothing or sportswear – she required at least two minimizing bras just to fit her clothes.
She wanted a major reduction and was thrilled to learn that a major lift is part of surgery as well! She had landed her dream job after graduating from college and didn’t want extra attention brought to her chest, as she had experienced since puberty.
Over three pounds of breast tissue was removed from each breast. Nearly a liter of fat was suctioned out from her bra rolls and armpits using liposuction. Follow up photos are shown just two months after surgery.
