Before and after liposuction of the axillary rolls in a 35 year old woman. Together with a mastopexy (breast lift) and breast augmentation, she was delighted to learn that if our patients have excess fat in the armpit area, we always add liposuction to their surgery!
Using two tiny incisions hidden in her armpit creases, fat was suctioned out gently at the end of her procedure using a blunt-ended cannula. Postoperatively, she wore compression over her armpits to limit swelling and bruising.
Follow up photos are shown one years after surgery.
