Before and after breast reduction and lift in a 59 year old woman. She sought a lift of her breasts and a small reduction so that she would have a more equal breast size but not feel too small for the rest of her body.
A breast reduction removed a small amount of breast tissue from the bottom of the breasts and evened out her breast volume. The breast lift component of surgery lifted her breasts and created a perkier but age-appropriate breast shape. Liposuction removed excess fat from the sides of her breasts and her armpit region.
Long term follow up photos are shown 8 years after surgery. We ask patients to come back for long-term follow up photos since we get to know our patients so well and we love to visit with them and catch up after many years!
